TRD Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MindVault mobile application (the "App"). Subscription Data

For paying subscribers only - subscription status and purchase information from third-party payment processor and Apple App Store

Note: Apple App Store provides anonymized download statistics only. We do not receive personal information about individual users who download the app.

Information You Create (Stored Locally)

• Thought Content: The text, voice recordings, and other content you create within the App (stored locally on your device only)
• User-Generated Content: Shelves, tags, categories, to-do lists, and organizational structures you create (stored locally on your device only)

IMPORTANT: We do not collect, access, or transmit any of your thought content or user-generated content. All your personal data remains on your device and is never transmitted off your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide Services: Operate and maintain the App's core functionality
• Process Payments: Handle premium subscriptions and payment processing (subscribers only)
• Improve Experience: Enhance app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

Note: Most of these uses apply primarily to subscribers. Free users have minimal data collection.

• Permissions: You can revoke microphone and notification permissions

Data Retention

• Local Storage: Your data remains on your device until you manually delete it
• No Remote Storage: We do not store or retain any of your personal data on remote systems
• App Uninstallation: If you uninstall the App, your data remains on your device unless you manually delete it first

• Minimum Age: Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age
